I coach kids and teenagers ages 6-15, focusing on skill development in soccer, basketball, fitness, agility, and conditioning.

2. What sports do you offer coaching for?

I specialize in soccer and basketball coaching, with additional training in fitness, agility, and conditioning to improve overall athletic performance.

3. How are sessions structured?

Each session is tailored to the individual or group, focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fitness. Sessions include drills, exercises, and game-like scenarios to build understanding and confidence in the sport.

4. Do you offer private or group sessions?

Both! I offer 1-on-1 coaching for personalized attention, as well as small group sessions for collaborative learning. Group sizes are kept small to ensure focused coaching.

5. Where are the sessions held?

Sessions take place at local gyms, parks, or outdoor fields in the Bethany and Hillsboro areas. I work to find a location that is convenient and safe for both players and parents.

6. What equipment does my child need?

For soccer and basketball, your child should bring appropriate athletic clothing, footwear (soccer cleats or basketball shoes), and a water bottle. All other equipment (balls, cones, etc.) is provided.

7. What is the cancellation policy?

Please notify me at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions canceled less than 24 hours in advance may be forfeited.

8. Do you offer conditioning and agility training?

Yes, in addition to soccer and basketball, I provide fitness, agility, and conditioning training to help improve speed, strength, and endurance, which are vital for all sports.

9. How do you handle different skill levels?

I work with athletes of all skill levels, from beginners to advanced players. Training sessions are customized to meet your child’s current ability, ensuring they are challenged appropriately and can develop at their own pace.

10. Can parents watch the sessions?

Parents are welcome to observe sessions, but it’s important that they allow their child to focus fully on the coaching and instructions.
